Sawing Systems DuPlex TSV provides dual independently operated
heads mounted over dual independently operated conveyors to provide essentially two production systems in one
machine. Set the conveyor speed on one side to process smaller stones and the other to cut through larger
pieces with each at its appropriate conveyor speed for maximum output.
The wood slat conveyor provides a rugged cutting surface that holds the rock more securely than a slick rubber belt. The wood slats are reversible for double life and can be replaced quickly and cheaply. Corners can be processed in two passes by dialing up the spindle height. Stone up to 13" tall can be processed in one pass with the 36" saw blade. With two passes and the 24" of raise and lower, flats up to 26" tall and corners up to 27-1/2" tall can be processed. The 36" blade size saves blade cost and horsepower. |
