Depending upon the customer's requirements, Sawing Systems chop saws can be designed to be used in either a wet or dry application. Ranging from 5 HP and 14" blades to 125 HP coupled with a 48" blade, the saws are custom build with a long list of options from powered feed to deep bed paper filtration systems.
	The 511-B metallurgical saw is ideal for ideal for parting large alloy castings and forgings with minimal heat build up. A tee-slot table allows for versatile fixturing. The Sawing Systems cantilevered saw is built to be used with either a built-in table or a conveyor. These machines are designed exclusively around the customer's application and have a wide array of options.
	Sawing Systems is known throughout the metalworking industry for out precise metal cutting saws. The 521-C gantry plate saw, for example, is designed for cutting alloy steel plate up to 20' long and 8" thick. Equipped with screw feed, powered raise & lower and an oscillating arbor which cleans the cut and introduces coolant to prolong blade life, this machine can be equipped with as much as 100 HP. There are bigger saws, too, available depending on the application, some with PLCs for programming.
