Sawing Systems developed multi bladed systems over 10 years ago for clients looking to streamline their production process for their custom products. While we can reproduce any design that we have in our portfolio, these units are customized to your specifications for maximum output. We have built saws with blades sizes ranging from 12" to 64" to accommodate materials up to 26" in height.
With proper blade speed, these units can be set up for both optimum production and blade wear. We work with your blade suppliers to ensure that you are receiving the best possible configuration for your specific needs. We can even recommend a respected blade manufacturer if you would like to work with one of our preferred suppliers.
600HP Reciprocating Multiplex:
Built to accommodate blocks up to 6' wide by 14' long up to 26" high, Sawing Systems' 600HP Reciprocating Multiplex is the largest, most powerful multi blade system available in the US. This unit is built to hold up to thirty, 64" blades on 2" spacing. It is designed with removable spacers for custom products with a variety of widths.
